Thank you for registering for our 2024 Singing Safari Summer Camp for Preschoolers. Our Singing Safari Summer Camp is designed for 3-5-year-olds who are potty trained. Please select your desired camp week and location from the list below.

Terms & Agreements

I understand that my camp payment is non-refundable.

I hereby give my consent to all photographs, audio recordings and/or video recordings taken of me or my minor child by Mason Music staff or their designee for educational, instructional or promotional purposes. I understand that any such photographs, audio recordings and/or video recordings become the property of Mason Music and may be used by the Studio.

I understand there will be no medical professionals on site during the Camp. Mason Music staff are not permitted to administer medications to my child during Camp and I am solely responsible for making sure my child is taking medications during their time at Camp. If any illness, injury, or accident occurs which, in the sole judgment of the staff of the Camp, requires immediate medical attention, I give consent for any member of the Camp staff to obtain such emergency treatment. I further consent to the signing of any releases by program staff, which may be required by any medical care provider.

I further understand that the cost of any medical care deemed necessary for the treatment of any emergency illness, injury, or accident occurring while my child is attending the Camp is my responsibility, and that the Camp, Mason Music, and their members individually and their officers, agents and employees are not obligated to pay for such medical care.

For the sole consideration of Mason Music allowing my child to participate in this program, I hereby release and forever discharge Mason Music and staff from any and all claims, demands, rights and causes of action of whatever kind that I may have either arising from or by reason of any personal injury or property damage resulting from or in any way connected with my child's participation in this program. I further covenant and agree that for the consideration stated above I will not sue Mason Music or any of the Camp staff.
