Mason Music Winter Recital 2026

For Madison students, the recital will be held on December 5 at Crosspointe Church

If you have multiple performers participating, or if you are performing more than on song or instrument, you will need to click "submit another response" at the end of the form to register each performer/performance separately. 


All performances must be no more than 3 minutes in length. Students who wish to perform multiple songs or instruments must register for additional slots.
